(Remote) Project Manager, Professional Services

Advanced Utility Systems, a division of Harris; is seeking a Project Manager who is experienced, bilingual in English and French, and capable of leading enterprise software implementation projects for utility organizations across North America.

The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations while managing project scope, risks, financial performance, stakeholder engagement, and overall project governance.

This role requires a strong delivery leader who can build trusted client relationships, drive cross-functional collaboration, and execute with discipline in a fast-paced consulting environment. As part of our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, Project Managers are expected to leverage modern AI technologies to enhance project delivery, improve productivity, strengthen reporting and forecasting, and drive better customer outcomes while maintaining accountability for all deliverables.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 50%. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally. This includes either passport based visa exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. Preference will be given to candidates who can work in EST but needs to be able to adapt for across America as required.

What your impact will be:

• •Lead software implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through go-live and post-production stabilization.
• •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and customer expectations.
• •Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact and trusted advisor.
• •Facilitate project status meetings, executive steering committees, and governance reviews.
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams including consulting, technical, conversion, reporting, training, testing, and support resources.
• •Monitor project financial performance, forecasts, profitability, and change orders.
• •Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, standards, and governance requirements.
• •Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• •Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
• •Proven experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder relationships.
• •Strong executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• •Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and project teams in both languages.
• •Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and project management tools.
• •Demonstrated experience using modern AI technologies to improve project delivery, reporting, documentation, communication, forecasting, or operational efficiency.
• •Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North America.
