Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities

• •Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and moderately complex troubleshooting of complex circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• •Follow test process instructions (TPI).
• •May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, moving servers or racks, placing labels and crating.
• •May rework assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
• •Any additional assigned tasks.

Job Skills

• •Strong attention to detail.
• •Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
• •Effectively communicate and follow verbal and written instructions.
• •Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation.
• •Knowledge of basic office applications, i.e. word processors, spreadsheets, and databases.
• •Strong knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
• •Ability to troubleshoot technical issues or failures and communicate findings in written form.

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to regularly lift, push, and or move up to 50lbs.
• •Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
• •Ability to work on ladders.

Education & Experience

Typically requires 1-2 year of related experience.

AS Computer Science and or equivalent experience in related field.
