Manage UAT and Production release cycles, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination and issue resolution
Drive UAT planning and validation with LBU and data teams to ensure readiness for dashboard consumption
Proactively monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, taking timely corrective actions where needed
Provide regular progress updates, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications on delivery status and risks
Maintain comprehensive project artefacts including trackers, decisions, and governance documentation
Identify opportunities to enhance data standardisation, dashboard usability, and delivery processes
Ensure adherence to reporting governance frameworks, including standard metric definitions and single source of truth principles
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing end-to-end data or analytics projects, ideally within dashboarding and reporting environments
Strong understanding of the data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting
Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Firebase) is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy of delivery
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity on scope, ownership, and execution
Agile mindset with a strong focus on outcomes and delivery
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Ability to balance strategic priorities with immediate delivery needs
