Job Summary

This position is responsible for gathering data, analyzing data, and preparing reports including disseminating information from various sources and systems. Create and execute various ongoing reports, ranging from inforce business reports to block experience analyses. Supporting projects and initiatives and resolving issues by working with staff within the department or across departments and determining impact operations and provide solutions.

• •Bachelor Degree and 3 years reporting experience OR 7 years reporting experience
• •Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data.
• •PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access or PeopleSoft Financial application.
• •Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments to resolve issues or complete projects/initiatives.
• •Problem resolution skills.
• •Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range

$47,500.00 - $86,000.00
