Unsere Software Entwicklung umfasst viele unterschiedliche Software Produkte für unsere interne Nutzung sowie für unsere Kund*innen. Dazu gehören beispielsweise unsere Web Applikationen, Apps, große Datenbankensysteme für die Stammdatenerfassung, Berechnungen, Geospatialdaten und vieles mehr. Für das Requirements Engineering (RE) suchen wir nun Unterstützung. Wenn du dich sowie unsere Produkte gerne voranbringen möchtest, dann freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung!

  • Aufgaben
  • Erhebung, Dokumentation, Verwaltung und Prüfung von RE-Dokumenten nach IREB-Standard in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Durchführung der Qualitätssicherung (Reviews) von RE-Dokumenten
  • Kommunikationsdrehscheibe zwischen dem Fachbereich und unserer Softwareentwicklung
  • Proaktives Einbringen von Ideen und Optimierungsvorschlägen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verfeinerung von Zieldefinitionen (nach SMART oder PAM)
  • Langfristige Begleitung des gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Softwareprodukte (Neuentwicklung, Wartung, ...)
  • Wonach wir suchen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Requirements Engineer oder einer ähnlichen Position sowie eine IREB- Zertifizierung im Foundation Level
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und logische Denkweise
  • Starke analytische Kompetenz sowie Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeiten
  • Teamplayer mit Flexibilität und Empathie für unterschiedliche Stakeholder*innen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

  • Das Gehalt gemäß AMA Kollektivvertrag beträgt monatlich brutto € 4.503,50 für 39 Wochenstunden (kein All-In Vertrag).
