What you will do:

• •Set-up and execute experiments following established protocols (including but not limited to performing remodeling and bioconjugation experiments)
• •Perform product purification by means of FPLC chromatography (including but not limited to SEC, IEC, ProtA)
• •Execute product fill-finish and analysis (SEC, UPLC-MS, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, endotoxin testing)
• •Process, analyze and document results in ELN
• •Prepare high-quality production reports (in PowerPoint format) and product certificates (CoTs)
• •Communicate results with internal stakeholders
• •Provide general support to lab operations
• •Adhere to company policies and quality & safety standards and observes regulatory and safety compliance in the laboratory.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• •Degree：BSc or MSc
• •Field of Study：chemical biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering or related fields
• •Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• •Experience with various protein purification and analysis techniques including SEC, IEX, affinity chromatography (protein A/L, Ni-NTA), SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC and MS
• •Experience with handling antibodies, including modification, purification and analysis.
• •Familiarity with various bioconjugation chemistry techniques and preferably hands-on experience
• •Strong commitment to laboratory work and project delivery
• •Attention to detail and accuracy
