The research group focuses on understanding the environment-microbe-human complex interactions. We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow (RF) with an interest in antimicrobial resistance and bioinformatics.

The RF will work on a project aiming to profile antimicrobial resistance and bacterial communities.

Key Responsibilities :

• •Conduct rigorous study design.
• •Perform in-depth, critical data analyses.
• •Effectively communicate research findings through presentations and high-quality journal publications.
• •Assist in supervising research students within the group.

Job Requirements:

• •PhD in microbiology, bioinformatics, computational biology or a related field.
• •Experience on python, linux and HPC.
• •A strong interest in interdisciplinary research.
• •Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with group members and collaborators.
• •Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• •Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and with minimum supervision
