## Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

Alles, was die Vorfreude unserer Gäste auf den Urlaub in unserem Haus einstimmt:

  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Bestätigung von Reservierungen
  • tägliche Pflege und Aktualisierung der Daten im PMS und im Channel
  • Mitwirkung bei der Preisgestaltung
  • Überwachung der optimalen Auslastung
  • Kontrolle von Optionen und Kontingenten
  • Kontakt zu Reisemittlern
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Assistenz der Direktion für Sonderaufgaben wie z.B. Neu-Implementierung von Software
  • Motivation und Schulung der Reservierungsmitarbeiter
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Front-Office
  • Früh- und Spätdienst

## Wir wünschen uns

  • eine abgeschlossene Lehre in der Hotellerie
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Reservierungsbereich
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in Hotelreservierungssystemen
  • gute Kenntnisse im Revenue Management
  • Sie verstehen die Arbeitsweise von Booking und anderen Portalen und können damit zielführend umgehen
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • man hört Ihr Lächeln am Telefon
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Loyalität und Flexibilität
