Resident Care Assistant

Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA ) to provide quality care for our residents.

Duties and responsibilities:

• •Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
• •Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
• •Engage residents in social interactions and activities
• •Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
• •Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
• •Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols

The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a:

• •An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential
• •An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift

Hours and Pay:

• •Part Time: 56 hours per 2 week pay period, Night Shift 11pm - 7am
• •Work 7 days on, then have 7 days off!
