Contract No. ED/2022/01 Infrastructure Works for Developments at Kwun Tong Action Area

AtkinsRealis Asia Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff position. The proposed works mainly comprise infrastructure works for the developments in Kwun Tong Action Area (including construction of new roads, footbridge, demolition works, reconfiguration of Kwun Tong Vehicular Ferry Pier, modification of Kwun Tong Ferry Pier Public Transport Interchange, construction of open space and associated civil works).

Your role

• •Taking up the roles and duties of the representative or delegate of the Project Manager, Supervisor, Engineer, Architect, Surveyor, and/or Supervising Officer as appropriate under works contracts as assigned by the Consultants*/Consultant*
• •Site supervision and management of works contracts
• •Performance management of works contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers
• •Financial management and forecasting of works contracts and the project
• •Programme management and forecasting of works contracts and the project
• •Safety, quality and environmental management of works contracts and the project
• •Monitoring of achievement of objectives, targets and key performance indicators of works contracts and the project
• •Monitoring of compliance of various statutory and/or permit requirements under different ordinances/regulations for works contracts and the project
• •Co-ordination and liaison in handover of sites, working areas and accesses for works contracts and the project

About you

Resident Engineer (Ref No.: KTAA_RE)

Candidates should have:

Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and

NEC ECC knowledge or working experience will be advantage.

• •The job requirement of the above position should be referred to the minimum qualification and minimum experience listed in Appendix 7.4 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• •The possession of a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate or equivalent certification is required for the above position.
• •Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing Government’s conditions and terms applicable for Resident Site Staff. The incumbents will be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
