Resident Engineer (C&S Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

• •Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• •Report to C&S QP, work closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
• •Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.
• •Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• •Manage the site supervisors with respect to civil and structural engineering works.
• •Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
• •To carry out all inspection that is under submission, including ERSS, and specialist work that will need his supervision, whenever required.

Requirements:

• •Bachelor Degree in C&S Engineering from an University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
• •Registered Resident Engineer (with BCA / IES / ACES) with minimum 5 years of Resident Engineer experience.
• •Familiar with Singapore Building Control Act and Construction Regulations.
