Casa de Flores in Morro Bay is seeking positive individuals to work as Resident Aides in our Assisted Living facility for our overnight shifts (10pm-6:30am). We are seeking applicants with experience in care giving , but are willing to train the right candidate. We care about our employees, and strive to provide a culture where people feel valued. Our caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity. Requirements
Must be able to pass a background check, reference checks, physical & TB.
This Position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
