What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Guardian – helping customers get the most out of their security systems and smart home technology.

• •Handle inbound calls related to alarm monitoring, home automation, billing, and account inquiries.
• •Deliver caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable experiences that retain delighted customers.
• •Perform basic product support.
• •Promote and upsell products and services to existing customers.
• •Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to help customers achieve the most benefit from our products and services.

What We’re Looking For:

• •Ability to demonstrate patience and genuine compassion.
• •A knack for solving problems and making people feel heard.
• •Comfort with technology and multitasking across systems.
• •Effective communication skills—clear, kind, and confident.
• •A high school diploma.
• •Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• •Call center experience is a plus but not required – If you’ve got great customer service skills and experience, we want to hear your story!
