At Mister Sparky Electric, we’re looking for an experienced residential electrician who wants to do quality work, be treated like a professional, and have an opportunity to grow.

This is residential-only electrical work with no commercial work. You’ll start hourly, with the opportunity to move into a Team Leader position as you demonstrate the technical skills, leadership, and experience needed to take the next step.

What You’ll Do

• •Perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations
• •Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• •Communicate professionally with homeowners
• •Complete quality work while following safety standards and electrical codes
• •Help support and mentor other technicians as you grow into leadership

What You Bring

• •Several years of residential electrical experience
• •Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• •Journeyman license or applicable Virginia electrical credentials preferred
• •Knowledge of residential electrical codes and requirements
• •Professional communication and customer service skills
• •Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• •Desire to grow into a leadership role
