What You'll Do

• •Execute high-quality interior and exterior residential painting projects.
• •Perform thorough surface preparation, including scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and priming.
• •Apply coatings with attention to coverage, consistency, clean lines, and a professional finish.
• •Protect homeowners' property and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• •Manage your time effectively while maintaining Heiler's quality standards.
• •Communicate professionally.
• •Take responsibility for your work and hold others accountable to achieve the highest quality product.
• •Contribute to a positive team environment and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• •Experience in professional in both interior and exterior residential painting.
• •Strong surface preparation and finish-painting skills.
• •A proven commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• •Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• •The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Professional communication skills and effective time management.
• •A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• •The ability to work safely on ladders or scaffolding up to 40 feet when required.
