The Big Task

You will install and replace plumbing systems and fixtures while delivering a legendary customer experience.

Key Sub Tasks

• •Perform top-quality plumbing installs in a timely manner
• •Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and install teams
• •Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
• •Keep truck inventory up to date
• •Train your helper/apprentice
• •Provide excellent customer service
• •Keep the recall rate below 3%
• •Complete paperwork accurately
• •Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• •Maintain a clean driving record
• •Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your craft
• •Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, or tight-space environments depending on the job
