What You’ll Do

As a Residential DSP, you’ll work as part of a supportive team helping individuals with daily routines, personal goals, and community involvement.

Responsibilities include:

• •Assisting with daily living skills and personal care
• •Supporting meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
• •Administering medications (paid training provided)
• •Providing transportation to appointments and community activities
• •Completing documentation accurately and timely
• •Promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion
• •Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents

Flexible PRN Scheduling

Our residential program operates 24/7, and PRN staff help cover:

• •Call-outs
• •Vacations
• •Open shifts
• •Emergency staffing needs

• PRN Requirement:
• To maintain active PRN status, employees must work a minimum of 4 shifts during each 6-week scheduling period.

Pay & Benefits

Requirements

• •Must be at least 18 years old
• •High school diploma or GED required
• •Valid U.S. driver’s license that has never been suspended or revoked
• •Clean driving record, criminal background, and drug screen required
• •Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• •Ability to complete required trainings including CPR, First Aid, and Med Tech Certification
• •Minimum of 1 year experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred

This position requires the ability to:

• •Assist with a variety of personal care needs
• •Lift and assist individuals with mobility needs
• •Frequently stand, bend, push, pull, and reposition individuals
• •Safely assist with transfers and wheelchair securement
• •Use lifts and mobility equipment including Hoyer lifts
