Description

Residential Coach – Crossroads Community, Inc.

At Crossroads Community, Inc. (CCI), we are committed to integrity, compassion, and delivering high-quality behavioral health services. Since 1983, CCI has served individuals across Maryland's five Mid-Shore counties, becoming a nonprofit organization in 1984. Our mission is to empower individuals with behavioral health needs by teaching essential life skills, connecting them with community resources, and supporting their journey toward recovery and independent, fulfilling lives.

We believe our employees are the foundation of our success. Through strong leadership, teamwork, and professional development, we foster a supportive work environment where staff are encouraged to grow while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

As a Residential Coach, you will play a vital role in helping clients develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve greater independence. Working directly with individuals living with serious mental health conditions, you will provide guidance and encouragement in areas such as daily living skills, medication self-management, personal wellness, self-care, and community participation. Your support will help clients build practical tools to overcome challenges and achieve their personal recovery goals.

Whether you are a current college student, recent graduate, or someone looking to begin or expand a career in behavioral health, CCI offers flexible scheduling and valuable hands-on experience in a rewarding field. If you are compassionate, motivated to help others, and passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to join our team.
