As we continue to grow our service offerings, we are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team. This role focuses on high-quality, customer-facing residential plumbing service and replacement, with no new construction or commercial work.

Key Responsibilities

• •Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, drains, and piping
• •Educate customers on their plumbing systems and recommend options or upgrades in a professional, understandable manner
• •Conduct thorough evaluations and present service options with clarity and confidence
• •Perform installations and repairs according to local plumbing codes and industry standards
• •Maintain detailed records of each job and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection
• •Deliver a Five-Star customer experience at every service visit
• •Help ensure permit compliance and documentation accuracy when required
• •Participate in routine team meetings and training opportunities

Requirements

2–5 years of residential plumbing service experience preferred

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices

Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Class E license required within 30 days of hire)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Professional appearance (visible tattoos must be covered while working)

No overnight travel required
