Responsibilities

• •Oversee and coordinate respiratory therapy services
• •Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to respiratory therapy staff
• •Develop and maintain respiratory care policies, procedures, and standards
• •Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and professional standards
• •Monitor quality of care, documentation, and patient outcomes
• •Provide staff education, training, and mentorship
• •Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
• •Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• •Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• •Promote a positive, patient-centered culture of care

Qualifications

• •Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) credential/license in Ohio
• •Respiratory therapy experience required
• •Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• •Strong clinical and organizational skills
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, acute care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
