Nous recherchons un Responsable des opérations véhicules autonomes (AVOS / Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead) pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes de flottes de véhicules autonomes (AV) et de robotaxis soutenant les programmes de test, les services commerciaux de ride-hailing autonome et les new city launches en Europe.

En tant que leader opérationnel au sein du depot, vous coordonnerez les Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians et SDS Specialists afin de garantir que les véhicules restent sûrs, opérationnels et prêts au déploiement. Vous jouerez un rôle critique dans la disponibilité de la flotte, l’atteinte des KPIs opérationnels et le lancement puis la montée en charge de flottes autonomes.

Ce poste convient aux candidats ayant une expérience en fleet operations, services de mobilité, opérations automobiles, logistique ou transport, et qui aiment diriger des équipes dans des environnements rapides et technologiques.
