RESPONSABLE QUALITE PROJET en CENTRE D'APPEL

Job Description

  • Le Responsable Qualité a pour mission de garantir la conformité de la prestation de services et processus de l’entreprise aux normes, réglementations et attentes des clients. Il/elle est un acteur clé dans l'amélioration continue des performances de l’organisation. Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Excellente maîtrise des référentiels qualité (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
  • Compétences en gestion de projet et en analyse de données.
  • Maîtrise des outils qualité (AMDEC, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Connaissances en réglementation et normes spécifiques au secteur d’activité.
  • Avoir une forte appétence à la technologie et à l’IA

Compétences comportementales

  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer des équipes.
  • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Sens de l’organisation et rigueur.
  • Aptitude à communiquer efficacement, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Formation et expérience

  • Diplôme : Bac+4/5 en management de la qualité, ingénierie ou équivalent.
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire ou dans la gestion de la qualité.
  • Anglais : Niveau C1 ou B2 minimum
