1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Range

$18.00- $21.00 (depending on experience)

Position Summary: Respool Operator

The Respool Operator is responsible for setting up and operating respooling equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• •Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and standard operating procedures
• •Monitor production processes and inspect product quality
• •Accurately maintain production reports and records
• •Always follow all safety rules and procedures

Skills & Experience

• •Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• •Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus
• •Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
• •Strong attention to detail and quality

Requirements

• •Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• •Ability to strictly adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements
• •Ability to pass a post-offer, company-paid physical, drug screen, and background check
