Für unser neues Restaurant suchen wir ab Juni 2025 eine engagierte und erfahrene Restaurant- & Serviceleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung des Restaurant- und Servicebereichs
  • Verantwortung für die Dienstpläne und das Team-Management
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Küche

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Belastbarkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Gästen und am Führen eines Teams
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
