## 1) Restaurantleiter/in (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Leitung des gesamten Servicebereichs und Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Personalführung, Schulung und Motivation des Teams
  • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Gästebetreuung
  • Mitwirkung bei Menügestaltung und Veranstaltungen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene gastronomische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in leitender Position
  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und Gastgebermentalität
  • Kenntnisse in digitalen Kassensystemen

Beschäftigung: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

## 2) Restaurantfachfrau / Restaurantfachmann (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Gästebetreuung und Beratung
  • Aufnahme und Servieren von Speisen und Getränken
  • Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen
  • Einhaltung von Hygienestandards

Anforderungen:

  • Ausbildung im Restaurantfach oder Berufserfahrung
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit
