Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und serviceorientierten Restaurantfachmann / -frau, der unser Team im Bereich der Gastronomie unterstützt. Als Restaurantfachmann / -frau bei uns sind Sie für die Betreuung unserer Gäste, die Organisation des Restaurantbetriebs und die Sicherstellung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards verantwortlich.

*Aufgaben *

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Gästen
  • Organisation und Koordination des Restaurantbetriebs
  • Führung und Unterstützung des Service-Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Verkaufsstrategien

*Anforderungen *

  • Ausbildung als Restaurantfachmann / -frau oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • erste Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und flexibel zu reagieren
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Getränke- und Speisenkunde
