DEINE STÄRKEN

  • Abgeschlossene, hotelspezifische bzw. touristische Ausbildung
  • Praktische Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Gastronomie
  • Gäste- und Serviceorientierung stehen an oberster Stelle
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Engagement und Flexibilität sowie Organisationstalent
  • Flexibilität, um schnell und positiv auf verschiedene Situationen zu reagieren
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen um Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zu Seite zu stehen - egal ob Mitarbeiter:innen oder Gäste
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie umfassende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Für die Position als Restaurant Supervisor (m/w/d) gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von € 2.026 brutto monatlich. Natürlich honorieren wir Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen, sodass du mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung dein Bruttogehalt auf € 2.400 erhöhen kannst.
