  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Stellvertretung unserer Serviceleiterin: Sie arbeiten eng mit unserer Serviceleiterin zusammen und tragen gemeinsam die Verantwortung für den gesamten Servicebereich.
  • Führung nach unserem Servicedrehbuch: Sie handeln nach unseren internen Servicestandards und vermitteln diese Werte an unser Team.
  • Mitarbeit als Chef de Rang: Sie betreuen und beraten unsere Gäste im Tagesgeschäft und achten auf die vielen kleinen Details, die ein besonderes Gästeerlebnis ausmachen.
  • Teamführung mit Blick fürs Detail: Sie übernehmen Stationseinteilungen und unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen.
  • Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Lehrausbildung als Restaurantfachfrau/Restaurantfachmann.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im à-la-carte Geschäft und erste Führungserfahrung.
  • Teamorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Von Vorteil: Ausbildung zum/zur Lehrlingsausbilder:in.
