Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Restaurantfachmann (m/w/d) mit Führungsqualität in Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Restaurant
  • Unterstützung der Serviceleitung bei der Organisation und Führung des Teams im Restaurant-, Bar- und Veranstaltungsbereich
  • Aktive Betreuung unserer Gäste – herzlich, souverän und auf hohem Niveau
  • Mitwirkung bei der Dienstplangestaltung, Mitarbeiterführung sowie der Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Service- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Schichten und Vertretung der Serviceleitung in deren Abwesenheit

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit
  • Serviceorientiertes, professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Einsatzplanung, Koordination und Führung des Service-Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Restaurant
