  • Beratung zu Speisen, Getränken und Weinempfehlungen
  • Reibungslose Organisation und Koordination des Serviceablaufs
  • Aufnahme von Bestellungen sowie das Servieren von Speisen und Getränken
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung des Gastraums sowie der Servicestationen
  • Sachgemäßer Umgang mit Kassen- und Abrechnungssystemen
  • Einhalten der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards gemäß HACCP
  • Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Reklamationen mit Fingerspitzengefühl
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachkraft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im gehobenen Servicebereich von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Gast- und Serviceorientierung
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und freundliche Ausstrahlung
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
