Restaurantleiter in Vollzeit (m/w/d)

  • Im Hotel Post in Feldstetten, einem familiengeführten Traditionsbetrieb, bieten wir dir genau das: Vertrauen, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und die Chance, den Restaurantbereich aktiv zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Koordination und Organisation des gesamten Restaurantbetriebs
  • Erstellung der Dienst- und Urlaubspläne
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Serviceteams
  • Mitwirkung bei der Menü- und Angebotsgestaltung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Küche
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Sicherstellung höchster Gästezufriedenheit
  • Persönliche Gästebetreuung und Repräsentation des Hauses
  • Tätigen von Bestellungen sowie Kontrolle von Warenfluss und Qualität

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung im Service, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Freundliches, souveränes Auftreten – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Teamgeist, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an Gastgeberrolle
