Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Restaurantbetrieb
  • Führung, Motivation, Planung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Gasterlebnisses
  • Organisation und Optimierung von Abläufen
  • Kontrolle von Qualitätsstandards und betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung als Restaurantleiter\*in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Leidenschaft für Gastronomie und exzellenten Service
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Gästekontakt
