## RESTAURANTLEITUNG (m/w/d)

Sie haben Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen, betreuen unsere Gäste mit sehr persönlichem Engagement und sorgen für deren Zufriedenheit. Neben dem Dienstleistungswillen haben Sie Lust Neues zu erlernen, die Produkt- und Fachkenntnisse ständig weiter zu entwickeln.

### Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als REFA/HOFA
  • fundierte Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie/ Gastronomie, insbesondere im a la carte Service
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigenmotivation

### Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • kooperative und motivierende Führung des dynamischen Serviceteams
  • Training und Entwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter lt. den Abteilungsstandards
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung der HACCP- und internen Kontrollrichtlinien
  • Planung saisonaler Aktionen mit regionalen und trendigen internationalen Akzenten
  • Aktive Umsetzung mit betriebswirtschaftlichen und unternehmerischen Denken
