Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our team in a Wholesale Commercial Kitchen Showroom. This position is full time, 40 hours a week, working Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. No nights and no weekends!

The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional one-on-one customer interactions while also managing phone inquiries and order confirmations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Assist customers in navigating the showroom and showcasing our range of commercial kitchen products.

- Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order confirmations.

- Process pick-up orders efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to enhance the customer experience.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.

- Proficient in using phone systems and point-of-sale software.

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00
