Retail Associate (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben :

Gewährleistung eines optimalen Kundenservices

Aktive Kundenbetreuung mit individueller , kompetenter und freundlicher Beratung

Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Präsentation unseres Warensortiments

Visual Merchandising mit verkaufsfördernder Warenpräsentation

Durchführung aller anfallenden Kassiervorgänge

Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

Mitwirkung bei Promotion- und Marketingaktionen im Store

Warenannahme, -kontrolle und -verarbeitung

Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren

Dein Profil :

Teamplayer

E rfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsa usbildung

Erste Berufserfahrungen , idealerweise im Einzelhandel / Kundenservice

Hohe Affinität für Sport und Fashion

Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der täglichen Arbeit mit anderen

Menschen hohe Serviceorientierung

Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität &Teamfähigkeit (flexibler E i nsatzplan , einschließlich Wochenende)
