What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

You don't have to be a skincare expert when you walk through our doors, but you do need a great attitude, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn!

The Must-Haves:

• •A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
• •A sales-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve goals and earn commissions.
• •Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• •Reliability, enthusiasm, and the ability to work well with a team.
• •Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• •Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays. These are some of our busiest and most exciting shopping times!
• •Ability to successfully pass a background screening.
• •Must be 18+ years old.

Even Better If You Have:

• •At least one year of retail sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.
• •A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• •An interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or personal care products.
• •Experience using retail point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
• •Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
