Required Qualifications

• •Must successfully pass a background screening.
• •Be 18+ years of age

• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• •Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. (our busiest time)

Preferred Qualifications

• •One or more years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or the beauty industry.
• •Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• •Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or natural products.
• •Experience using retail point-of-sale systems and handling cash.

Physical Requirements

• •Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• •Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
