About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Reporting & Administration

• •Consolidate monthly sales data and support reporting activities.
• •Assist with sales closing and data reconciliation.
• •Maintain sales, inventory, and store performance trackers.
• •Support preparation of retailer reviews and business meeting materials.

2. Retail Operations Support

• •Track operational requests from retailers and stores.
• •Coordinate product returns and operational issue follow-up.
• •Monitor product delivery status and support escalation tracking.
• •Support store opening, relocation, and refurbishment activities as required.

3. Store Administration

• •Maintain store staffing, attendance, and leave tracking records.
• •Manage store equipment and operational supply requests.
• •Support iPad, uniform, and asset inventory tracking.
• •Ensure operational documentation is updated and maintained.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• •Act as a liaison between Sales, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and external agencies.
• •Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
• •Support ad hoc operational and administrative requests from the Sales team.

About You

• •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• •English proficiency is not mandatory.

• •Detail-oriented with strong administrative capability.
• •Experience in retail operations, sales support, or commercial administration preferred.
• •Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
