  • Support Manager/in

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich umfasst:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail oder Telefon
  • Abwicklung von Aufträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Retouren
  • Auszahlung von Gutschriften

Kenntnisse / Fertigkeiten:

  • Einschlägiges Branchenwissen wäre sehr von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Der professionelle Umgang mit Kunden ist Ihnen wichtig
  • Routinierten Umgang mit PC und Internet setzen wir voraus

Ihr Aufgabenbereich ist sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Sie arbeiten als Teil unseres Teams eigenständig und zuverlässig an einer sehr verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe innerhalb unseres Unternehmens.
