In dieser Position bist du für die Planung, Organisation und Überwachung aller internen und externen Ausbildungsveranstaltungen an der Bezirksstelle Hollabrunn zuständig und verantwortlich. Du bist auch erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen, Trainer:innen und Kund:innen und arbeitest eng mit der Bezirksstellengeschäftsführung zusammen.

  • ALS FACHBEREICHSLEITER:IN WIRST DU BEI UNS...
  • für die Planung, Koordination und Evaluierung der Ausbildungsangebote verantwortlich sein
  • bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Ausbildungsangebote für Mitarbeiter:innen und Kund:innen mitwirken
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Belange im Bildungsbereich Qualitätssicherung in der Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung sein
  • zugeordneten Mitarbeiter:innen führen
  • die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien überwachen
  • Aus- und Fortbildungskurse unterrichten
  • eng mit der Bezirksstellenleitung und der Bezirksstellengeschäftsführung zusammenarbeiten
  • DAS BRINGST DU MIT...
  • abgeschlossene Lehrbefähigung für Erste Hilfe und Sanitätshilfe
  • abgeschlossene Notfallsanitäter:in- und Sanitätseinsatzfahrerausbildung vom Vorteil
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Teamleiter:in wünschenswert
  • abgeschl. RK-Führungskräfteausbildung (FÜK 3 erforderlich innerhalb von 24 Monaten ab Stellenantritt)
  • gültiger Führerschein B
  • Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und hohes Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Impf- oder Immunitätsnachweise
  • Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen und dem Leitbild des Roten Kreuzes (https://www.roteskreuz.at/leitbild)
