Returns Logistics Analyst

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its transportation department. Under the direction of logistics leadership, you will be an analytical problem-solver, accountable for supporting processes with proven data collection and analysis skills. What You Will Do:

• •Foster clear communication with your team and internal contacts to address service related interests.
• •Develop close relationships with key vendors concerning contract terms, payments and service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• •Act as a subject matter expert and perform various logistics activities such as account management, database maintenance, replenishment and inventory forecasting, shortage resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution and exception management activities.
• •Manage quality, service and cost metrics. Regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree
• •Previous work experience in logistics, transportation, operations or a related field
• •Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation or a related field of study
• •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
• •SAP experience
• •Previous project management experience
• •Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams
