Description

Job Summary

The Revenue Operations AI Specialist owns revenue operations and AI tooling across CaseWorthy’s go-to-market (GTM) organization. You will make HubSpot the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success — and make AI the intelligence layer that helps each of those teams work smarter, from first touch through renewal.

You will build, deploy, and maintain the AI agents and automated workflows that power our revenue engine, and you will own the data models, prompt libraries, knowledge bases, and evaluation benchmarks those agents depend on. AI in this role supports people: agents surface insights, flag risk, and handle repetitive work, while our teams make the decisions.

Responsibilities

AI Agents & Workflow Automation

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that streamline lead routing, deal execution, renewals, and customer success motions.
  • Automate complex revenue tasks such as pipeline forecasting, contract review support, and CRM data enrichment, with clear human review points.
  • Equip Account Executives and Account Managers with deal alerts, qualification and coaching workflows, and win/loss intelligence.

HubSpot Ownership & Data Foundation

  • Own HubSpot administration, configuration, and data hygiene end to end across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Maintain a clean, trusted CRM: data standards, deduplication, field governance, lifecycle stages, and pipeline definitions.
  • Build and maintain the data models, prompt libraries, and knowledge bases every revenue AI tool draws on.

Revenue Intelligence & Leadership Visibility

  • Give leadership a single real-time view of the business — a revenue command center that includes forecast and risk insights.
  • Track and report on core SaaS revenue metrics, including ARR, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC, and net revenue retention.

AI Quality & Governance

  • Create structured evaluation benchmarks for every live revenue AI agent and monitor accuracy and performance after launch.
  • Follow CaseWorthy data governance and security policies. Customer data — including protected health and personally identifiable information — stays out of GTM AI tools and is never used to train models.
  • Document agents and workflows so they are transparent, auditable, and easy for teammates to understand and trust.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Finance on shared definitions, processes, and reporting.
  • Manage cross-functional RevOps and AI initiatives in Jira, from intake and prioritization through delivery.
  • Train and support GTM teams on new tools and workflows so adoption sticks.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.

Deep HubSpot fluency — configuration, administration, reporting, and workflow automation — including hands-on experience with Marketing Hub.

Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI workflows or agents in a production business setting.

A strong grasp of SaaS business models, the B2B revenue funnel from lead creation through renewal, and key metrics such as ARR and CAC.

A data-driven mindset with rigorous attention to data integrity, privacy, and compliance.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting instincts, and an analytical approach to solving problems.

Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates.

Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Familiarity with Jira for managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with sales intelligence or enrichment tools such as Clay or Apollo.io.

Experience in a GTM organization selling to government, public sector, or nonprofit organizations, or familiarity with those sectors’ data sources.

Prior experience standing up a GTM or revenue dashboard.

Working knowledge of prompt engineering, AI evaluation methods, or low-code automation tools.

Ability to travel nationwide, up to 10% annually.

Performs other duties as assigned.
