Revenue Operations Analyst

About The Role

Built Technologies is transforming how capital moves through construction and real estate finance — one of the largest, most complex sectors in the economy. Our platform connects lenders, including many of the top U.S. banks, with the owners, developers, and general contractors they finance. When a draw is approved, a builder can pay subcontractors. When a compliance document clears, a project moves forward. The work we do here is not abstract — it has a direct and material impact on how capital flows and how real estate gets built.

Built's Revenue Operations team is the operational backbone of our entire revenue organization — managing the systems, data, and processes that enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support to operate with speed and precision. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will own key analytical and operational initiatives that provide data-driven insights to revenue leadership, translate CRM and business data into actionable insights, identify process gaps, and help drive greater consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the revenue organization.

As Revenue Operations evolves into an AI-native function, you will help rethink how our work gets done — using AI not simply to make existing tasks faster, but to redesign workflows, automate repetitive work, surface insights, and create more intelligent and scalable ways of operating. You will be expected to identify opportunities where AI can augment human decision-making, reduce manual effort, and improve the speed and quality of execution across the revenue organization.

You will operate with growing autonomy and produce work that leaders across the revenue organization rely on, while continuously looking for smarter, more scalable ways to solve problems and improve how RevOps operates.

Our Guiding Principles

Be Bold. We pursue the biggest problems in our industry, challenge assumptions others take for granted, and take calculated risks to get there. We don't hide behind consensus or committees. Playing it safe is just failing slowly.

Help Customers Win. We learn our customers' businesses deeply — how they think, how they deploy capital, what keeps them up at night. We treat their capital like our own. We ship leverage, not features. And we measure ourselves by customer results, not our intentions.

Move with Urgency & Purpose. We bias toward delivery over perfection, remove friction from our own paths, and communicate in real time. Momentum compounds — and we build it every day.

Own the Outcome. We own outcomes, not just tasks. We hold a high Say:Do ratio and take responsibility from idea through impact. When something breaks, we fix it — we don't wait to be asked.

Never Satisfied. We raise the bar continuously. We stay curious, hold exacting standards, debate hard, and hold our opinions loosely when the evidence shifts. Excellence is a habit, not an event.

What You'll Do

Keep the revenue engine running. Run the weekly pipeline review process in Salesforce. Identify stale opportunities, missing next steps, and changes to close dates or deal values that could affect the forecast; work with account owners to resolve them.

Connect the customer lifecycle. Work across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Customer Success to coordinate handoffs from lead through closed-won, invoicing, expansion, and renewal. Make sure each team has the information and ownership needed to move forward.

Help deals move cleanly from sale to revenue. Review closed-won deals for documented approvals, signed terms, products, lines of business, pricing types, and revenue assumptions. Resolve gaps before they create problems for forecasting, billing, or customer handoffs.

Make the numbers trustworthy. Compare opportunities, deal documentation, billing inputs, and financial reports to identify missing or inconsistent revenue streams. Support invoice questions by checking billed amounts against contracts and amendments, and track discrepancies through resolution with Finance and account teams.

Challenge what the reporting says. Review existing dashboards and recurring reports for sound definitions, accurate inputs, and results that reflect what is happening in the business. Use AI and other tools to test assumptions, investigate anomalies, and recommend changes to reporting logic.

Improve forecast reliability. Maintain forecast inputs and compare projected bookings and revenue with actual results. Investigate differences, question the assumptions behind them, and work with stakeholders to improve future forecasts.

Find and fix operational friction. Document recurring processes, clarify handoff ownership, and address the delays or errors that repeatedly slow down deals, billing, and reporting.

Support smarter planning. Provide historical analysis and scenario support for territory, quota, and revenue planning.

Make good processes easier to repeat. Use automation and approved AI tools to reduce manual work, catch exceptions earlier, and make recurring validation more efficient.

What You'll Bring

2–4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, or a related analytical and operational role — ideally within SaaS, fintech, or another complex B2B revenue environment where you have worked across the customer lifecycle from pipeline through closed-won, billing, expansion, and renewal.

An AI-native approach to operations. You are curious about how AI and automation can fundamentally improve how work gets done. You look beyond using AI to complete individual tasks faster and identify opportunities to redesign workflows, automate repetitive validation, surface exceptions earlier, and improve the speed and quality of decision-making.

A process-improvement mindset. You notice recurring friction, unclear ownership, manual work, and points where information breaks down across the revenue lifecycle. You can document the current process, identify the root cause, and recommend a more scalable way of operating.

Demonstrated ownership and cross-functional follow-through. You can independently manage recurring operational processes and analytical work, coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Deal Desk, Finance, and Customer Success, and proactively resolve gaps rather than simply identifying them.

Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail . You don't take a report or data point at face value. You question definitions and assumptions, investigate anomalies, validate information against source data, and distinguish between a reporting issue and something happening in the underlying business.

The ability to turn analysis into action . You can explain what the data is telling us, why it matters, and what should happen next. You communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and follow issues through resolution.

What Success Looks Like at Six Months

You understand how the revenue lifecycle connects end to end. You can trace a customer from lead through closed-won, invoicing, expansion, and renewal; understand the critical data and ownership required at each stage; and recognize when a breakdown upstream will create problems downstream.

Revenue data is more trustworthy because of your work.
