The Position

• The Opportunity:
• We're seeking a Reward Partner to join our People & Culture team and drive meaningful impact across our EMEA organization. In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• •Collaborate with business leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to consult on advanced compensation and benefits topics, creating innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues
• •Design, implement, manage and communicate innovative and effective rewards programs and policies that align with organizational strategy
• •Monitor and assess compliance, regulatory environment and best practices related to rewards, ensuring global and local/legal guidelines are understood and adhered to
• •Provide guidance, coaching and training to Reward Analysts within PSS (People Support Solutions) to enable understanding of organizational structures, policy interpretation, and global reward practices
• •Drive practice enhancements through participation in global and local project squads aligned with the Compensation, Benefits & Recognition Area of Practice
• •Ensure governance of all spine topics , prioritize work using decision principles, and follow established escalation paths to maintain global alignment
• •Serve as a member of the PR&R (People Rewards & Recognition) chapter in the continual improvement of work processes and in reducing work from the system to create a more efficient organization
• •Proactively seek process improvements and innovation , executing the strategic direction set by the People Reward and Recognition Chapter Enabling Team

• •Advanced critical thinking and analytical mastery , with proficiency in analysis tools such as Excel and Gemini AI suite
