  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste (Check-in & Check-out)
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen (Telefon, E-Mail, Online-Portale)
  • Ansprechpartner für Gästewünsche und Informationen zur Region
  • Rechnungsstellung und Kassenführung
  • Koordination mit Housekeeping und Küche
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs am Empfang
  • Unterstützung des Frühstücksdienst

## 👤 Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung an der Rezeption oder im Service
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Organisationsgeschick und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse am Computer (Buchungssysteme von Vorteil)
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität (Schichtdienst, Wochenenden & Feiertage)
