Das Hotel Hammermühle in Stadtroda steht für Gastfreundschaft, Komfort und persönlichen Service in familiärer Atmosphäre. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen freundlichen und engagierten Rezeptionisten / Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d).

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste
  • Check-in und Check-out der Gäste
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Anfragen
  • Telefon- und E-Mail-Korrespondenz
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping und Service
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption

## Das bringst du mit

  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Organisationsgeschick und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und Telefon
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Hotel- oder Empfangsbereich sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
