Telefonische und persönliche Gästekommunikation

Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Anliegen

## Das solltest du mitbringen:

Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten

Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit

Grundkenntnisse am PC

Deutsch sicher, Englisch wünschenswert
