  • Wir suchen ab sofort einen Empfangs-/Rezeptionsmitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • selbstständige Organisation des Empfanges erster Ansprechpartner für telefonische Anfragen
  • Empfang der Gäste
  • Bearbeitung von Emails und Anfragen
  • Verwaltungsaufgaben (Dokumentation, Ablage, Scannen…)
  • Lagerhaltung, Bestandskontrolle, Bestellungen

wenn Sie bereits...

  • erste Erfahrungen im Rahmen einer Empfangstätigkeit haben
  • über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Verwaltung o.ä. verfügen zuverlässig sind gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift haben und sich auch auf Englisch unterhalten können,
  • Sie gerne freundlich und zugewandt mit anderen Menschen umgehen,
  • gut mit den Programmen WORD und EXCEL zurechtkommen,
  • Erfahrung in Hotelreservierungsprogrammen PMS wünschenswert (aber nicht notwendig)
  • gerne verantwortungsvoll, sorgfältig und strukturiert arbeiten möchten,
  • und bereit sind sich fortzubilden und Arbeitsanweisungen umzusetzen,
