  • Wir sind ein Physiotherapie-Unternehmen mit mittlerweile fünf Praxen in Heidelberg und Umgebung und suchen für unseren Standort in Sandhausen eine/n
  • REZEPTIONSMITARBEITER (m/w/d)
  • Teilzeit 20-25 Stunden
  • Zuständigkeiten / Aufgaben:
  • Die Praxis in Sandhausen besteht seit 2017 und liegt direkt am Hardtwaldstadion des SV Sandhausen. Die Rezeption ist von Montag bis Freitag von 7.45 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr besetzt. Zu den Zuständigkeiten gehören organisatorische Aufgaben im Praxisalltag, vor allem
  • Terminplanung (persönlich, telefonisch und per e-mail)
  • freundlicher Empfang unserer Patienten
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der einzelnen Behandlungen
  • Vorbereitung der Abrechnung der Physiotherapie-Rezepte
  • (bei Interesse auch Einarbeitung in die Heilmittel-Richtlinien und Abrechnung)
  • Voraussetzungen:
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität (Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Vertretungsschichten im Urlaub oder Krankheitsfall), Erfahrung mit dem Therapie-Organisationsprogramm THEORG erwünscht (aber keine Voraussetzung).
