Für unsere moderne und patientenorientierte Zahnarztpraxis suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Rezeptionkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

Unsere Praxis legt großen Wert auf eine angenehme Atmosphäre und einen professionellen Service. Als Rezeptionkraft sind Sie die erste Kontaktperson für unsere Patienten und spielen eine wichtige Rolle.

Aufgaben

  • Patienten empfangen und betreuen
  • Telefonanrufe entgegennehmen und weiterleiten
  • Termine verwalten und koordinieren
  • kleinere Abrechnungen
  • Korrespondenz und E-Mails bearbeiten
  • Allgemeine Büroarbeiten durchführen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als zahnmedizinische/r Fachangestellte/r
  • Freundliche und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Rezeption oder einer ähnlichen Position in einer Zahnarztpraxis sind wünschenswert.
